• Acquisition and Operation: To purchase, own, acquire, lease, and operate land, seed farms, machinery, storage, and processing facilities, as well as transportation equipment essential for a seed business.

• Rental Services: To own and operate farm machinery, seed processing, storage, and transportation facilities, and to offer these on a rental basis.
• Contract Farming and Collaboration: To enter into agreements with individuals, co-operative societies, corporations, and government agencies for the growing, processing, drying, storing, distributing, transporting, buying, and selling of agricultural seeds.
• Reserve Stockpiling: To store and stockpile reserves of paddy seed to support agricultural improvement in West Bengal.
• Quality Control: To implement seed quality control measures in all phases of our seed operations through inspections and other methods, ensuring the highest standards.
• Market Development Support: To support the development of markets for quality seeds by providing financial grants, seed and fertilizer supplies, plant protection measures, loans for equipment, transportation facilities, technical advice, and consulting services.
• Public Awareness: To promote the benefits of quality seed through publications, booklets, leaflets, and gifts.
